Smith St Party

My first attempt at Street Photography, so go easy on me ....

This is the weekend of the 35th Warwick Folk Festival with events all over the town from Friday to Sunday. One of them is the Smith St Party where Smith St (no surprise there!) is closed to traffic for the day and the restaurants and cafes bring tables out onto the pavement and the other shops set up stalls. There's also a stage for bands at the bottom of the street. With the weather being hot and humid, anyone serving drinks was doing a roaring trade and there was a genuinely good atmosphere.

This is late afternoon, so after lunch and well into the afternoon drink time.
