Ariel Yoga

Tonight me and Raquel 'hung out' at ariel yoga.

Lots of stretching, lots of going into our 'cocoons' and a fair bit of hanging upside down like bats.

I've come out with a few aches and pains but we'll see tomorrow whether it's worked it's magic.
