MONO MONDAY : MOTION

As I was up at 5.45 a.m. and had had my shower just after 6 a.m., I decided I would go out into the garden with my camera and try and get some macro flower shots - particularly as I used my iPhone yesterday instead of the Canon. Got some great shots, but loved this one of the snail on a poppy seed head.

You may wonder what this has to do with "Motion" in the Mono Monday Challenge but I can assure you that this snail was moving - albeit very slowly! Those who know me, will understand that I do try and think "outside the box" and hopefully I can get some flower shots later in the week.

I know my snail isn't "on the thorn", but enjoy this quote:
