Water Wednesday
A perfect day for playing inside with water. A very dull and cool day and it now now raining again in earnest. I set out today to try and catch some water droplet crowns. I was more organised than last week after giving the set up some thought. Hobbs asked me last week if I would share my experience and give some step by step instructions. I think I am now ready to do this after today´s experiment and will do it as a Blip entry in the next week or so.
I tried various hand painted backgrounds under a glass baking dish to get different effects. For this image I put a fairly neutral panel underneath and couldn´t work out where the blue reflection was coming from. It took me a while to realise that the glass dish was blue when you looked at the edges end on and has provided an interesting splash (excuse the pun) of colour.
Here are some more.
Thanks to everyone for getting yesterday´s grass hopper into the spotlight - my first!
