Nia friends

I'm so glad Pam wrote to me and told me about Gail's special Saturday class on Longboat Key that would be followed by brunch! I made plans to go and had a great time. We did a special "Diva" routine in class and I saw friends Vicky, Elizabeth and Ann, who is here on blip -so great! The routine had us moving and shaking and the brunch at Harry's was delicious!

I took this photo with Pam's i-phone, me on the right & Pam on the left. She and I went through the white belt Nia training together almost 2 years ago. Pam now teaches Nia in Lakeland, about an hour and a half away so I don't see her enough. So great to see you today, Pam!! xo
