Munich underground: 38/100 Implerstraße

Implerstraße underground station was opened in 1975 and is special inasmuch as it doesn't have a single solumn in the more than 22 metres wide hall. It is also one of the few three-pronged station - here the lines U3 and U6 meet to run together underneath the city center.

This station is also one of the ugliest in the whole network as the designers totally went without colour. But I had to get it over with to continue (although the next station won't be a beauty either).
