Tis the Deil's work
We packed the tent up in the shelter of the washing up place at the campsite, as it was still raining. We found a supermarket and bought the Almdudler, tick. We then went over the hill to Bad Reichenhall to get some German goodies and spotted this pimped up VW badge in the supermarket car park. Tis Old Nick's doing and the closest to a picture of me that you are going to get. The drive to Munich was bit slow as loads of people wanted to escape the rain, but I don't find the autobahns stressful as people drive sensibly. After Munich we made good progress and stopped at Annweiler for the night, and had an excellent meal sat outside on a dry and warm evening. The waiter said we spoke good German, but I think he really meant we pronounced it well, as we don't have a huge vocabulary. Our teacher was from Germany and really hammered home the importance of pronunciation.
