MonoMonday - Recycling

Out at Physio today, tail between my legs, not been practising enough :-( , anyway a good session and hopefully inspire me more to meet up with a pal and do some exercise before next session.

Went shopping after, and I knew that one of the containers had a danger sign, the book one had 'Do Not Enter!' But this one was today's as I could hide to take it.
