Dainty trotter
I've been working mostly on this girl today. She is, I'm sure I don't need to tell you, a British Lop, and old UK breed so called probably on account of its large ears which hang over its face. Except that it doesn't have any ears yet.
Today's calamity was that Pinky (that's this pig - we've called her that because the British Lop is white, which actually means it's pink - confusing, all this pig stuff! particularly since it says "VIOLET/GREY" upside-down on her leg), anyway, she gradually slid down the post that was supporting her and to which she was screwed, and both her back legs broke. So now she's sitting on a table, and I've had to perform emergency open hoof surgery to insert internal bamboo splints into the rear trotters.
