Bargains

MrD took the day off and went for a ride on his motorbike down to mid-Wales (Machynlleth).

I gathered tomatoes and cucumbers and courgettes. Made a pasta sauce, went shopping then to the garden centre to meet up with M. I was quite early and had a little look around, I found 5 dianthus and a daisy like plant on final reductions. I also had a voucher to fill a bag with daffodil bulbs for free. My total bill was under £10 - a bargain, which will be even better when I take dozens of cuttings from all these plants.

We had a barbecue for dinner this evening, the sun disappeared though and it was a bit cloudy but still most pleasant.
