MS Aida Aura

This rather oversized ship - well I guess it's hardly one of the largest cruise ships but none the less it seemed pretty big - was just leaving port as we did our first turn along the western shore of Zadar old town in the setting sun this evening. It is on its way to Venice at the end of an Eastern Mediterranean cruise.

I have been looking forward to this moment for so long, and it has not disappointed. This is going to be a very productive month.

And I was really happy to be out of the hotel.
