Cheviot in blue
Another VERY WINDY day as the remains of Hurricane Gonzalo cross the UK but, touch wood, the Borders seem to have escaped the worst of it.
Stopped in Foulden on the way to work this morning to take a shot of the Cheviot. The air was filled with the amazing sound of the honking of hundreds of geese flying over in formations, forming and re-forming as they flew. Stayed a while in the hope that at least some of them would come in to the shot, but they continued flying east in to the distance...
