Bandon

We went to Bandon because I wanted some new walking shoes and to investigate a different optician.

After trying several different shoes, none of them were comfortable enough to spend their huge cost on.

The opticians is one of those that offer 'two for one' deals. I sat and listened to the convoluted rules for each deal and, in the end, came to the conclusion that they were all just as expensive as any other 'normal' price. I got fed up with it all and came away, even though I get an extra super-duper deal for being so old.

Herself wanted to trespass in investigate Castle Bernard. Not much luck finding it but the exploration produced this autumnal view of the estate woodlands looking down from a high road towards the river.
