The Howard Gardens Bowling Green has been left, by Cardiff City Council, to become weed-strewn & derelict; formerly a pristine bowling green & club house, it also used to be a pleasant spot to eat ones lunch whilst enjoying the environment of an inner city green space - sadly, this amenity has been out-of-bounds for some time.
