Conifer
Today our Christmas tree arrived, still in wraps and delivered by Scotsdales in the largest vehicle they could find. Speaking to the driver, he explained that it was a substitute for the one he usually drove as it was in for servicing. This fact did not mitigate his great difficulty finding somewhere to turn it around in our very narrow road/byway.
The tree, although it will have lights on it, will be planted in our garden, rather than in the house, as everything at present is in complete turmoil due to our building work.
