Mono Monday Season
Parsley, sage, rosemary and thyme. I'm ready for the seasonal task of turkey stuffing! I always use fresh herbs with the help of a small herb garden and my trusty mezzaluna. Fresh herbs are not as intense in flavour as dried ones so you need more volume. Most of the herbs I grow are Mediterranean and not to be taken for granted at the end of December but this year they are looking robust.
It's the first day of December so we can now start to plan that wonderful meal to share with friends and family. Is it worth all the trouble? Of course it is.
