The "Boiler Room"

Amazing to think that after years of neglect the Hydro is now open for business. We decided that it was time to give it a go. We weren't really feeling like the "High Tea" option so went for a light lunch in the "Boiler Room".

It's so exciting to drive past now and see the hive of activity around the entire complex. I believe in a couple of weeks time the Emporium will be open and the accommodation area will be open for business as well.

Honestly, we were blown away by the standard of the restoration. The Hydro is now truly "Majestic".

Post Script: We had an extraordinary storm last night and were dismayed when it started to hail as well. Fortunately the hail was on the smaller side so no damage to the Trakka. We did hold our breath for a while though, it was pretty scary stuff.
