Two Girls and a Squeegee

I'd made an appointment with A Boy, a Girl, and a Squeegee to have our windows cleaned at one o'clock this afternoon. Christine called around noon to ask if I would rather change the date, since it was raining. I didn't see what difference that made, so I told her to come if she wanted to.

I took the photo from the shelter of the front porch. One ladder had already been taken off the roof of the VW.

Christine is on the left, and the other person is her employee, Danae. Michael was working at his other job -- he's a firefighter in Lynden, which is a small town about twenty miles to the north.

The rain stopped a couple of hours after they'd finished, and everything looked much clearer.
