The Welder.....

I was walking around the works today checking on what was happening, I went to the clay preparation where we have ripped out almost everything that was in there and we are replacing with very good second hand machines. After all we cannot even date the Panmill, but it is at least 50 years old and completely worn out.
So everything has to go and we have only 22 days to complete the change, and the crew that are to do it are in Malaysia on another job, so our guys have to get on with it.

We are being helped by a couple of contractors and this is Roger who is welding the Base for the new (Second hand) Panmill.

I thought Mono would look better.
