Feeling Festive

Really nice day today

Was given some tickets for Xmas Family Concert at the RNCM by a very special friend of mine - and it was fantastic, I even got a bit told off for not putting on my Santa hat...tradition dictates that everyone in the audience has to wear one. The girls got to see Santa again - and got some really snazzy gifts

Before and after the concert we went to Piccadilly Gardens where they had a really nice fair - it was freezing but the girls loved the chair swings - they went really high and fast.

So the photo is a bit blurred because it's a snapshot from a vid I took on my camera but you can see the girls (just about)

The Gardens look really Xmassy in the dark - with the lights of the fairground and twinkling trees.

I'm finally starting to think that Christmas will be OK after all - I've got the girls and they've got a mum who loves them to bits :)
