Cold feet

Not going anywhere today - snowing hard and very cold. This is my dual purpose anchor and mast winch (very hard work and needs two people, or preferably 4!). The running duck comes from Africa and is made out of bits of old oil drums. It is very apt as a figurehead for a boat named 'duckling' in dutch.
