Cold and windy

Another run at the Windfarm, 9 runners, 9 dogs made a cold, windy run - social and fun. We set of to run 5k and did 8k about 5.1 miles, tomorrow is the last day in my running every day in January challenge which bar last Monday's sore knee day, where I only managed a four mile walk, I have managed to complete. Running every day, rest day on a Wednesday but still had a long walk - lost over a stone in weight and feeling great.
