Smoking Chimneys in Paris

It's cold in Paris this morning (our thermometer outside this window read 1°C), and the chimneys regularly spout smoke from central furnaces.

This is a somewhat random view looking north from our bedroom window on the 4th floor (in Paris's 13th arrondissement)--the various roofs, wall textures, and window styles are fun (especially viewed LARGE).
