Work in progress

Someone up there on the third floor apparently decided it was a good idea to paint the walls outside his appartment. Well, why not. He seems to have talent. Not sure the owner appreciates, but I don't think he's around anyway, as the building had been empty for months and was nearly boarded up. I kind of have a feeling that it could be these same people who just moved a few blocks up the street...

And it seems the painting is not finished. Let's take a guess at what will appear on the blue side!
