Purple gorgeousness

Alongside the present for my friend yesterday, I did treat myself to some beautiful flowers.

They're now on the chest in our bedroom, sitting in front of a lovely abstract picture another friend gave us some time ago.

They're in my direct line of sight when I'm lying in bed, and this morning I was filled with pleasure at the sight of them and they just had to be my blip today!
