it’ll be alright on the night

Our friend John (on the right) has a special birthday today.  So he  organises a big jam session up in his home town of Leicester, to celebrate the fact.  Musicians come from far and wide - Germany, France - even Milton Keynes.  

Most are pros - not household names - but talented enough to make a living out of playing and singing.  It’s really something to share a stage with them.

We do a half hour set, which we treat as a rehearsal for our tour of Germany which starts on Tuesday.

A great - and very late - night.
