Clinging On
To a rock, while the droplets cling on to it.
Had a drive back round the west side of Lower Lough Erne, including up a forest road - a road through a plantation to the top of a rather spectacular outcrop with views over the Lough and for miles each way, including to the Atlantic just a few miles away. This beauty (I'm hoping mollyblobs might identify it for me?!) was right at the top car park.
Then went round Belleek pottery, which was very interesting, and the rain set in again.... The evening saw a very lovely meal at a big hotel by the Lough - which today (Wednesday - backblipping!) we've discovered has had to shed jobs, including some from the spa Jem and Lynsey went to on Saturday, because they're not getting enough custom to match the expense of setting the place up....
