December morning

Very misty, very still, very cold - too cold for hubby to ride his motorbike to work so I drove him. Luckily it took me a little longer than anticipated to defrost the car, otherwise we might have been caught up in an accident at a busy crossroads. I don't think anyone was injured, as the driver of the badly damaged car that had ended up on a wide grass verge was standing beside her car, talking to a chap whose lorry was parked just across the road. However, when I came back again 15 minutes later, they had been joined by 2 police cars and an ambulance. I went about a mile further on and saw a fire engine heading towards the scene at full speed.

My GP has halved the doseage of one lot of tablets and I'm feeling a lot more like my usual self. I'm hoping to catch up with comments (at long last!)
