After a busy couple of days attending training in Cambridge (check out my back blips here and here) I had another busy day at work:

Meeting in Leith, Edinburgh - 9-10am
Meeting in Glasgow's East End - 11.30am-1pm
Back in Leith again - 2.30pm.

It was a day run to military precision.

Tonight I will do nothing to compensate for all this running about. My lovely Cyclops is cooking my dinner as I type.
