Cyclops and I went down to the Lake District to visit my parents, and to go to Lucy Cooks for a cookery course called A taste of Mexico. This was our Christmas present, redeemed a little late as Cyclops was abroad for most of the year.

We really enjoyed the couse, it was a lot of fun, and we made absolutely loads of food which we'll be eating for a week!

We've been to Mexico before, and I'm pleased to say our concoctions tasted surprisingly authentic!
