Walking

The New Year walks continue, at least while it's dry.

We jumped in the car for a short 10 minute drive to another part of the forest. There was a warning sign advising walkers to take care due to the fallen trees and dangling branches. There were signs of damage in every direction.

Didn't see anything that would make an interesting photo but on our way back to the car I spotted the reflection of the trees in this large puddle. The broken and battered tree made a beautiful reflection.

Hubby and dog could hear something in the trees. We were hoping it would be some deer but nothing was seen.
