Competition Winner

Today's news.

This year Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park celebrates it's tenth anniversary. As part of the celebrations they ran a photography competition.

Last Monday I got a phone call to advise that I had come first in the Flora & Fauna category and first in the People category. Also the 'People' shot was the overall winner of the competition.

To say I was surprised was an understatement. Hence that is why I didn't want to spill the beans sooner. I was convinced that they would phone back and say they had made a mistake.

This morning was the presentation of my prizes so they can't change their minds now!

I now have lots, and lots of Amazon vouchers to spend on photography stuff and two first class sleeper rail tickets to London. They also presented me with framed copies of my winning photos.
