Cheese Making

Bought a cheese making kit at the Scottish Ideal Home Show yesterday. As it was to make goat's cheese, a visit to Waitrose for full cream goat's milk was in order. Part way through the process the milk is gently warming up.

In the end 2 litres of milk made just under a pound (436g) of cheese.
