Is this a Balloon????

Dear Joe and your busy Blip Central elves,

Happy 10th birthday - I can't imagine a day without you now. Blipping is like cleaning my teeth, an essential part of my day.

Please forgive me as I'm a day late, but always good to get surprises after the event!!

I hope you won't be offended that I'm sending you a dandelion, be it red.....its the best I could do without getting into the car and driving into my nearest town to buy a balloon or two.

There has been some faffing and hokery pokery going on to get this onto the screen.
