Christmas cards

Today's the day ............................. to keep in touch

I love this time of year when you settle down to write Christmas cards.

As you write each one, you inevitably think of whoever you are sending it to.  If they live a long way away, you maybe won't have heard from them since last Christmas - but you know that in the sending and receiving of cards, you are keeping in touch.

With news of the recent floods often on the television, we've had several phonecalls recently from friends just wanting to know that we were ok.  It's so nice to know that people care ...........................
