Agapanthus

Today's the day ……………………….. for colour

Is there really anything bluer than this Agapanthus 'Midnight Blue' - which is almost luminescent in its blueness?

Although the Eryngium  'Catherine Blair' (first extra) must come quite close?  But then I do like the fiery oranges and yellows of the Heleniums  and the Red Hot Pokers in the other bit of the border.

So much colour in the garden just now ………………..
