Today's the day ………………….. to hang by your ears

I was sent this picture today by son Rob.

No real explanation of what was going on at the time - so I'm left to figure it out for myself.  It could be an ancient Moniaive ritualistic practice to warn any marauding rabbits that this will be their fate if they hang around too long.  A bit like Molecatchers and their moles?  Or perhaps it's some sort of re-enactment of that famous scene in Fatal Attraction - although I'm rather hoping it isn't.  The fact is - it doesn't matter - because we just love getting pictures of every kind from the family, especially now when we can't see them as much as we'd like to.
