Duomo

The weather promised to be miserable on Italy's NorthWest coast, so instead of going to the beach, I took my guest (friend from Uni) to Firenze (Florence).
This is the first time I actually went inside the Duomo. I was suprised to find that it's free to go inside. The most special thing there, in my opinion, is the painting on the inside of the dome, shown here (big).

We also tried the hot chocolate at Rivoire, recommended by a Dutch magazine that had an article about old Florentine cafes, and it was great :)
