Tartufo Bianco

Spending the weekend in/near Alba with four colleagues to attend the annual truffle fest. Thought it would be proper to start the weekend eating the famous tartufo bianco.
It was not bad, but the taste was not as strong as I was expecting - truffle cream/sauce is usually stronger of taste.
