Cautionary Tale

Another two hours at the tattoo parlor today. Although I only had class from 10am to noon, I didn't make it home until about 5:30. Presentation went fantastically. Professor declared it one of the best he's seen (and this is an older professor). Proctored a midterm for one of the second-year grad students, then headed out to the tattoo parlor. All in all, a successful day.

@@Shoot. I'm late. Again. I was supposed to be at the office three minutes ago. I'm so gonna get fired. I've still got to prepare for my two o'clock meeting! I'm going to be in so much trouble. What the--. I fell! What in the world did I trip on? How did I fall in the middle of the sidewalk? What is this stupid trashbag doing here? I don't have time for this. I have to get to work. I'm LATE!@@
