Sweet Goodbye.

Today was my last day of work.

I loved working here and was really sad to leave, but I'm excited to start my student teaching soon. The staff and students in the program threw me a farewell/good luck party, complete with delicious cupcakes, tons of pictures & cards, and fantastic little gifts (one person heard of my post-it project and gave me a post-it!)! They made me feel so loved and appreciated. Even though I only worked at this specific school for about seven months, it felt like another home. All my co-workers are wonderful, supportive people and the kids have taught me so much about enjoying the little things.

I am so lucky.
