Minster Moment
'He who can no longer pause to wonder and stand rapt in awe, is as good as dead; his eyes are closed.'
Albert Einstein
Though I see it several times each week, every now and again I'm amazed by York Minster. The light hits it in a particularly stunning way; autumn mist shrouds the top; a leaden sky contrasts particularly starkly with the pale York stone and I have a 'Minster Moment.'
I was having one today; then noticed this chap having one too. And witnessing that made me smile.
More awesome.
