Shocked

On Monday I had the day off (isn't it funny how your wife always finds a long list of chores when you book some "me" time?) and after I washed all the windows I took myself off for a run.

I hadn't done much running since last year's Edinburgh marathon and am running it again in May so needed to dust off the cobwebs.

I managed a very hilly 5 miler (including Kirk Brae) in the time seen here hence the title of today's blip - this watch is actually on it's way out as I have my eye on something more legible when running - pics of the beast to follow!
