hate my sore nose

iv had nose problems for almost 4 years now. i always sound bunged up, i feel like my head is going to explode and i sniff on average around a million times a day. I really need to get it looked at as it does effect my day to day life greatly depending on how bad it gets.

It also doesn't help that i walked in the cold city of Edinburgh today from craiglockhart to parliament and back up to Edinburgh castle in the freezing cold, just to kill two hours. I really wish there was an easier option than the doctors, cos its something i dislike very much.
