or Spinach Pie is a wonderfully delicious Greek delight! and yep, i'm having a piece with my dinner tonight, along with a huge piece of baklava! I'm in calorie clogging heaven! hahaha!

I know that several of my blips have been food lately.. sorry.. it's supposed to be another beautiful day tomorrow, i'll show you that little scenic spot in the early spring defrost.
