Baby Birdie

One of R snr's students brought this to his class this morning and asked him to please get someone to look after it, because the student and his family are moving away to Margate today and he found the birdie in their garden, the wind blew it out the tree last night!

Needless to say, as soon as R jnr saw it, being as fond of animals as his parents are, the 'teacher' decided to bring it home himself!! We bought a lovely little bird's cage and birdseeds, but for the moment it will be fed Pro Nutro mixed with lots of luke warm water, and dispensed through a syringe!
