The Dead Sea

A very relaxed and self-indulgent weekend down at the Dead Sea. Fridays are generally to be avoided but given it's still the winter and it's a bit of a gamble about the weather it was fairly dead, if you'll excuse the pun. The wind was up when I arrived and I only managed a couple of hours by the pool, spending the rest of the day in the spa. Was a little disappointed that I hadn't been able to go in the sea. The salt pool (with dead sea water) was good it wasn't the sea!.
