I was determined to get my 10,000 steps done today so I set of for a walk along the banks of the River Whitham. The stretch of the river between Lincoln and Boston is called the Water Rail Way and is used as a footpath, cycle path & bridleway.

The Lincolnshire Waterways Partnership have installed various pieces of art with Lincolnshire themes along the banks, this is one of the 'Lincoln Red Cattle' by Sally Matthews.
