Aysgarth Middle Falls

Middle of three sets of falls at Aysgarth, with the church behind - supposedly home to the largest cemetery in England. Supposedly. Lovely day for a walk, covering all three falls, with a completely pointless detour that turned out to be the best detour ever when we walked through a field of displaying male Lapwings. Fabulous, but I thought this shot would do for todays blip.

Then a pub lunch and I was off home, leaving the rest in Yorkshire. Had a good time. Had hoped to get a blip in today (Friday) but we're off to Loch Tay for a Christian Medical Fellowship (I'm the wrong sort of Dr, but was encouraged to come with Jem!) retreat for the weekend. Back to the blips and comments on Sunday or Monday.
