Care to Guess

What this is? Hint, it's one of my most favorite blooms of the summer.



Answer: It's the flower bud of the southern magnolia tree. I've blipped the seed pod a few times. Well this is the beginning of the bloom. It's very soft (almost like fur) and today it almost has the windblown look :) There are several of these on the tree yippee.. I think I'll be able to blip their progress during the spring.
(always good to have those blips subjects on standby haha)
